Please provide the following information when asking for software support, describing your request as accurately as possible:
- actual software version and build number (available from the Help menu of the installation)
- log files of the processing or error log information (i.e., files atcor_error.log or parge_error.log, if available).
- for PARGE: *.gcs status file from processing (file:save status).
- for ATCOR: *.inn input parameter description file used for the processing.
